Propose a rationale for Counsellor interactions.
Utilize self-reflection as a means of counsellor development based on peer feedback.
Purpose
Students will demonstrate their ability to critically evaluate intervention strategies by offering their peers professional positive and constructive feedback.
Students should complete the steps and tasks in the Peer Assessment Discussion prior to completing this assignment.
The Peer Assessment Template should be used by the student submitting the assignment. This is the document where the feedback received will be copy/pasted (from the posted feedback).
The Peer Assessment assignment is to reflect on the feedback received from their peer and address the following:
Verbatim Feedback Received (from peer)
Agreement and Openness with Peer Feedback
Scale level of agreement with peer feedback and support rationale for score (i.e., 1 = Complete disagreement with feedback to 10 = Complete Agreement with feedback)

Scale level of openness and/or receptiveness with peer feedback and support rationale for score (i.e., 1 = Disagree to 10 = Agree)
Plan to address growth for next session with this specific client
Plan to address growth with this specific intervention/theory and assess readiness for using this intervention in practicum
The process of offering a peer feedback on clinical skills
Structure
Required components: Assignment Template: Title page, Peer’s Feedback, Self-Reflection, Reference page, and Appendix (Feedback to Peer).
Length of Assignment: Of your original content (not including the peer’s feedback to you) should be 6-8 pages (i.e., 1-2 double-spaced typed pages, Times New Roman font size: 12)
Format: Please format your assignment in Word (files with extension .doc or .docx), or Rich Text Format (files with extension .rtf).
References: Minimum 2.
