Write a research paper outlining the ethical concerns that animal research raises.I will be pasting the prompt. In this essay, you will pick a side to a
controversial topic which you will state in the thesis statement. The
controversial topic is whether we should experiment on animals or not. In this
essay, we will be supporting and being pro-animal experimentation.
Additionally, we will use moral theories to justify our reasoning. We will be
using the Act consequentialist theory to justify how experimenting on animals
produces good consequences which are (What you will research about) medicine, etc. We will also look at the opposite perspective by using the Contractualism
theory
and state how it does not justify it being Animals have no say in the matter
(or any other justifications you can find for them to be against experimenting
on animals).

Basically try to find a contradiction within the dilemma when
looking at it from a Contractualism point of view. Make
sure to state your position in the thesis and to use the necessary
evidence/references which I put at the end of the document. It is important to back everything you say with evidence, ranging from evidence, the dilemma, and and WHY a moral theory justifies it or rejects it (e.g. contractualism believes in reason (CITATION). since animals cant reason, it is unjustifiable (assuming this is correct))
