She is the nurse manager of the cardiology unit 9th floor at Stamford Hospital
The main issue we fact is staff shortage , we are very short staff nurses, which makes it very difficult to provide the best nursing care ..each shift is supposed to have 9 nurses days and nights but most days we are only staffed with 6/7 nurse which requires the nurses to have 6 pts each when .. safe practice requires 4 patients to each nurses

Past issues after COVID 2020 a lot of nurses quit or retired due to the overwhelming effects of COVID . Kelly’s and the Stamford Hospital organization have been trying there best to hire more nurses
