Compose a study on the development of individual and cultural diversity competencies.

The work reqires an interview of a person who works with minorities (refugees, LGBTQ+). Since this is impossible where I am, I thought instead of seeing a ready-made interview and basing your asking commentary there. Ideally, I would like the issue to be about either refugees or the LGBTQ+ community. 12 pages, but it doesn’t matter if they are fewer.
