This is pretty far off from what was expected/required in the literature review section. Please re-read the guidelines on what this section is doing. This should be solely focused on discussing the prior research on these specific programs, and noting what was studied, and what the results were (i.e., did the program work or not to reduce recidivism?). Right now this is a generic description of various ways to conduct research, with hardly any citations to actual research.
