This project will have 4 Milestones that will need to be due by a certain day. However the final paper is due by November 1st. All Milestones are to be submitted as a 2- to 3-page Microsoft Word document with double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and any referenced sources cited in APA format

Milestone One: Case Study Selection – To begin your discussion, use the following to guide your response:
Identify the title of your chosen case study vignette in your discussion post title.
Explain why you chose this case study vignette.
Identify the central ethical conflict evident in the case study.
Milestone Two: Case Study Summary
– you will write a summary of your chosen case study, including important people and key interactions. You will assess the culture and social orientation and their influence on the case and examine the ethical conflict of the case.

Milestone Three: Applying the APA Code of Ethics
– you will describe the ethical issues in your chosen case, apply the APA Code of Ethics to your chosen case, and identify and explain the cultural and social considerations in your chosen case.

Milestone Four: The Ethical Decision-Making Process
– you will list the eight-step ethical decision-making model, discuss an alternative or opposing model of decision-making, and put your case study conflict through the eight-step model.

Final Submission: Case Study Analysis
– you will submit your final project. It should be a complete, polished artifact containing all of the critical elements of the final project.The case study analysis paper should be in APA format. It should be 8–10 pages, double-spaced, using 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and discipline-appropriate APA citations.
