Using a client case at your field placement agency, identify at least one theory to apply to the
situation. Answer each response with a total of 300 words. Print out your answers
to be turned in class. We will have the discussion in class only.
1) Describe the client situation/presenting problem.

2) Choose a theory that best applies to your client’s situation and integrate the theory that most
optimally applies to the client’s situation. (Pages 118-122 in your textbook provide an overview of
commonly used theories as a resource). Cite any sources used for theoretical content.
