This assignment will describe the role of the administrator in utilizing human resources staff, families and community members, responding to diverse community interests and needs, and mobilizing community resources to shape school culture and the instructional program. Using reading materials from the course, as well as other research information, describe these issues for your school today.
Completed product is a 5-7 page written paper (excluding title page and reference list) that includes:
1. an introduction describing the setting, clientele and stakeholders;
2. the identified problem being addressed, including citing relevant and related research;
3. the hypothesis, which is your educated guess as to why the problem exists;
4. the data collected from interviews and possible observations;
5. the analysis of the data;
6. your action plan, including relevant research and a timeline for review and continued follow-up.

Identify a real situation in your school environment to be addressed.
Interview 5-8 individual stakeholders (i.e. parent, student, classified, certificated) regarding the perception of a culturally-sensitive environment. All groups must be represented in the collection of data. Analyze the data collected and clearly identify a problem to be resolved.

Write a plan to address transforming a school site into a culturally-sensitive environment, including the personnel responsible for the changes and the timeline to complete the changes. This should also include the steps and process needed for professional growth contributing to a challenging instructional program.
The written action plan should include a possible solution for change that addresses the problem identified through the data collection process. This action plan must reflect 21st century thinking, present research-based strategies, and be supported by at least three references. Use APA format, with a list of references.
