Please follow steps and make a teaching plan directed towards peers in a nursing program

1)Assess the client’s learning needs. Be sure to include motivation to learn, readiness to learn, relevance, client’s knowledge level, timing, environment, emotions, physiologic events, health beliefs and (practices cultural), psychomotor ability. Identify potential environmental distraction and patient factors that may enhance learning and may impede learning. Discuss how you plan to alter the environment and patient factors to minimize the impediments and to enhance the learning environment.
B.DIAGNOSIS
1)Develop a knowledge deficit nursing diagnosis based upon your identification of the learner’s unmet need.
2)Develop a list of (3-5) learning needs (topics) that will be covered during the instruction of the patient in order to correct the identified problem. Consider all three domains of learning Affective, psychomotor, cognitive). Arrange identified learning needs in order of priority.
C.PLANNING
1.Write two expected outcomes (goals) for the teaching plan (1 long term and 1 short term goal)
The outcomes need to be realistic, stated in behavioral terms, and measurable.
2.Create an outline of the content to be taught.
3.Identify methods of instruction to be used, and teaching tools such as handouts or visual aids.


D.IMPLEMENTATION
1)Provide teaching to the learner. Write a detailed narrative of the teaching presentation.
2) Document content presented, the learners involved, date and time.
E.EVALUATION
1)Document evidence of learning. Were the expected outcomes met or unmet?
2)Describe any factors that hampered learning during the actual teaching session.
3)State how you would change teaching next time to make it more effective
