of Excellence”, that can sabotage the success of a leader. Please choose one
of the leader/s from the list below that has had a public or private downfall,

leadership and personal life. Some of the seven enemies may not be as
obvious while others will stand out. Please feel free to make observations
and even assumptions (you have poetic license).

3. List the negative outcomes and results – who did they effect and how.
4. List one or two possible root causes of the downfall/failure. You may have

5. How did the concept of “Centralized Leadership” play a factor in the
failure? How can this person move towards a “De-centralized Leadership”
style?
6. Provide best practices and solutions for this person moving forward.
7. Create a “Systematic Renewal” plan for the leader – include a model
schedule that they should follow – make it practical.
8. Conclusion – provide a strong summary of your thoughts, ideas and
solutions – how could this tragedy have been avoide
