Instructions:
Create a Symbaloo account at the Teacher Pro site at https://www.symbaloo.com/signup/free (NOTE: this account is FREE)
Create a new Webmix (using the plus ‘+’ button tab)
Then, find ten (10) software tools or Apps from the following categories that you can use for your classroom with students. Only one tool per category (there are 13 categories – so you will choose at least 10 categories). Challenge yourself by finding new tools – in addition to what you learned from the text.
NOTE: Once you have created your own Symbaloo page, REMOVE the existing tiles and create your own webmix tiles on symbaloo.

Sometimes teachers want their students to visit specific websites they have prepared for them. Google Classroom and Class Notebook are forms of curation where teachers curate and students access resources and activities. Other curation tools like Symbaloo allow for a visual collection of resources.
The purpose of this activity is to use a curation tool such as Symbaloo and present a collection of resources – in this case, tools. Here is an example of how one science teacher uses Symbaloo to curate resources for this students.
