Week 3: Research Paper Outline
In week 2, you selected a current issue in the field of *Psychology (see link: http://www.apa.org/topics/) and submitted your proposal for your research paper. Feedback was provided by your instructor, and recommendations made.
Now that you have chosen your issue/topic, you will develop your 5-paragraph essay outline this week which you will use as you continue to develop your research paper. Again, this outline will be for your final research paper where you are investigating a psychological topic and will include four scholarly sources in your final paper.
This outline should follow the five-paragraph essay format, and you should use a complete sentence or brief statement per point. Please do not submit one-word bullet points. Also, be sure to include a thesis statement, and a concluding statement. This is NOT an entire essay you are submitting this week, just the outline using the Roman numerals, and letters for each paragraph and subpoints as listed below. Please use the template below as a guide for how this should be completed.
Keep in mind when you do compose this you are investigating a topic in psychology in this research paper, you are not making an argument.
