In a paper of 1,250–1,500 words, develop a personal leadership philosophy that includes the following:
An explanation of why it is important to properly assess the organization and mission prior to creating a Christian leadership action plan
A synthesis of leadership models, principles, and behaviors into an effective personal Christian leadership philosophy
An explanation of the leadership principles you are both the strongest and weakest in
A contextualized example of how you would implement this philosophy in light of your strengths and weaknesses in a given leadership situation
Include at least two scholarly references, as well biblical references, to support your philosophy.
