Today’s criminals are taking advantage of new technologies to commit crimes. The good news is that the police also use new technology to catch these criminals. Criminal Investigations today go way beyond knocking on doors for information.

Research a new technology being used by the police in the criminal investigative process that helps investigators gather information about people, places, and events which lead to apprehending wanted suspects. This technology can be used at the crime scene, in the forensic lab, during surveillance, during the information gathering stage, patrol, vehicle stops, etc.
