How do you understand the relevance of Digital Media to your academic goals and professional success plan?

You are tasked with crafting a short autobiographical video by Sunday. Divide your video into three sections (roughly 1-2 minutes each):
Part 1: Describe your background (1-2 minutes)
Share two specific life experiences that inspired you on this career path.
What interests you the most about this career?
Based on the information you researched in this class, do you still think you are a good fit for this career?
Prepare to present!

Part 2: Describe your future hopes (1-2 minutes)
How have your ideas about your future changed during this course?
Do you feel you are well-equipped to tackle future challenges in your career?
How do you understand the relevance of Digital Media to your academic goals and professional success plan?
Part 3: Describe what you learned in HE 114 (1-2 minutes)
How does the volunteer opportunity you found align with your goals?
What Husson resources are going to benefit you in preparing for your career path?
Has this course assisted you in feeling more confident as a student?
Notes about creating your recording:
You have two options for recording.
You can record your oral presentation over your slides as a voiceover.
You can record yourself on camera with your slides behind you.
Both options are available with any of the presentation platforms.
To create your video recording for your classes, you can choose to use the free screen recording program ScreenPalLinks to an external site.. If you haven’t used it in the past, ScreenPal (formerly Screencast-O-Matic) is an intuitive tool to record your screen, voice, and self.
First, log in or create an account using the “Sign in with Google” button at the bottom and use your husson.edu Google account. It is the same account that you use to log into Canvas. This will set you up with a free educational account.
Choose “Make a Recording” and follow the step-by-step instructions.
After you are finished, you can choose “Quick Share” to quickly get a link to your video to share, download the video file to submit, or upload it straight to YouTube.
For more support with this platform, please visit their How to’s, training and tutorialsLinks to an external site..

If you do share a link, make sure that you have not marked the file “Private.”
Private links prevent public audiences from being able to view the video.
Classify the video as “Unlisted” to share with your class, not your channel.
