This thesis is in the field of international business administration. The attached file outlines the objective of the thesis and parameters for the research. Please provide a detailed scope of work including timeline, costs and communication commitments. We need to know specifically, how often you will provide status reports, how often we will be asked to provide data points and feedback, and other details as necessary.

Our budget for this initial outline is not to exceed $500. Your work will be peer reviewed with the final submission deadline set at May 11, 2024. To move forward, we need the outline completed tentatively by April 1, 2024. This will allow time for review, edits and other parameters. Should your bid for services exceed $500, please still complete a scope of work bid. It will be reviewed, but please be advised that approximately 15 candidates are in our selection process. We will pay 50% of the price upon acceptance and the additional 50% upon completion. Secondary Scope of Work Bid

You may be selected to conduct interviews for case studies. These interviews will be conducted using a template designed by you, preferably in Qualtrics/Google Forms. They can be conducted via Zoom or in person. Should you be selected, additional parameters will be outlined. This is arguably the most important part of the body of work. If selected, this can be included in the secondary scope of work bid. Your bid for a complete body of work includes but not limited to:
1. Thesis outline, perform a literature review, provide a quantitative analysis and methodology, and develop a tree of research questions. (INCLUDED IN FIRST BID, priority for secondary bid will be awarded to the recipient of this scope of work.)
2. Identify at least 8 case studies. Approximately 2 from each government contract level. Develop Qualtrics/ Google Forms survey and perform research analysis on at least 8 case studies. Interview transcript preferred to be added in the appendix.
3. Provide a meta-analysis of progress made for certain business designations from 1988-2023 (35 year analysis) of success factors, pitfalls, and other relevant data points established in the quantitative analysis.
4. Provide a framework for the development of a simplified Request for Proposal (RFP) database, recommendations, concluding arguments and closing statement using Scribe.
5. Provide a powerpoint for an oral presentation, not to exceed 15 slides including title slide.
