What does Walmart do to protect or improve the environment?
You will go to Walmart or some other store several times during the semester. You should study the same store but you can study different locations.

You will keep notes about your environment throughout the semester so you can see how your views of the environment change over the semester. You will then write a 2 page (Times New Roman 12 pt font, double spaced, normal margins,not including the title page) paper that describes what you saw during the semester and relate these insights to the business law material you have learned in class. You may get creative and attach videos or pictures as an appendix. You should include any improvements you think the business should undertake to address the issues you have discovered during your environmental analysis.
Rubric:
The student has identified legal gaps in the environment they are studying and using the law they have learned, and have suggested ways to close those gaps
• The student has written a paper that meets the stated requirements of 2 full pages, Times New Roman 12pt font, double spaced and normal margins, excluding the title page
• Communicates the writer’s engagement in, and enthusiasm for, an in-depth analysis of the topics
