What factors determine whether Amy is at risk for a STI?

Provide 1 paragraph for each question below.

Sunday evening, Amy considered the events of the previous weekend. She and her boyfriend had had unprotected intercourse the night before during a visit to his college. On the spur of the moment, they had decided to have sex without using a condom. Amy was taking birth control pills, but now she was concerned about her possible risk for a sexually transmitted infection. She and Kevin had agreed to be monogamous, but they also only got to see each other a few times a semester, and she knew it would be natural for him to be tempted by another student in his college. “If Kevin had had another partner or partners, how much of a risk would I be at now?” Amy thought to herself. “And if I am at risk, how can I find out and do something about it without other people knowing?”
