For this assignment, envision yourself as being a business consultant that specializes in leadership development. You will create a brochure that clarifies the different leadership styles. List the different styles in numerical order based upon your opinion of which styles seem to be most desirable (beginning with 1 as being the best).
Please be sure to provide scholarly support on why you ranked each leadership style the way you did. For example, why did you choose your number 1 style, number 2 style, etc? Some factors to consider would be which style(s) have been shown to be more favorable by employees; the style(s) that has shown to increase tenure, and/or decrease turnover. Or, on the other end of the spectrum, which style(s) has been proven to make employees leave an organization.
