Write a report discussing the exploratory research being done on the potential of digital twin technology to lower building carbon emissions.

This exploratory research paper should be in the context of how digital twins helps in energy efficiency and reduction of carbon emissions for the intent to mitigate climate change. The main context of the paper is linking operations and maintenance efficiency as a mitigation strategy towards climate change as a result of reducing carbon emissions. This is a two part assignment. Part 1 is the proposal (attached) Part two is a research paper with details elaborated below. Must use the references provided in the proposal (Part 1) in the actual research paper. Part 2: Research PaperReview any suggestions you received from the instructor on your Part 1 submission for refining the topic and/or possible research materials to assist you. As noted above, this research paper is structured to help you develop and articulate persuasive research-oriented arguments related to climate change and infrastructure. Structure of the argument.

To be successful in crafting your argument, you will need to open your paper with a clear definition of the problem you would like to address. The body of your paper should present examples, theories, and cases, and the closing of your paper should summarize or highlight the salient points from those examples, theories, and cases which you find comprise a plausible solution to the problem. To be successful, you will need to develop a chain of logic, and support each link in the chain with either peer-reviewed literature or personal observations. All papers should be about about 7 pages (2,500 words) in length (excluding the bibliography page), supported by a minimum of five citations, including peer-reviewed materials. They should be in Times New Roman or similar readable, serif font, 11 or 12-point, with one-inch margins, double-spaced. Use footnotes for concept clarification where needed, citations in text (author, date), and a complete bibliography, preferably in Chicago Style. I urge you all to refer to a manual such as the Chicago Manual of Style (15th Edition, University of Chicago Press) as you compose and edit your work.
