Write a research paper outlining the process of crafting a conclusion on a healthy lifestyle and diet.

Write a research paper outlining the process of crafting a conclusion on a healthy lifestyle and diet.Record your own diet over one week and describe your habits regarding the food you purchase (for example, do you look up nutrition data, do you request more/less of an ingredient like more/less salt on fries, do you eat the full meal or purposefully not do so, etc.). Based on your diet and habits, what conclusions can you draw from what you’ve learned from Topic 2? Has anything you’ve learned changed your diet/habits? If so, how? If not, why?

This assignment will have an appendix. Please attach your diet notes as Appendix 1 and refer to it in your paper.

● Do not use a title page in this course
● Use the tab key (rather than space bar) to indent each new paragraph
● Use a page break (Ctrl+Enter) to separate the essay from the works cited page
● Double-space the full document. There should be no extra spaces between paragraphs, which Word includes by default. To keep proper spacing, make sure that you format MS Word properly. Default settings often leave extra space between paragraphs. Before beginning, open a new document, select Paragraph (middle of the menu at the top of the screen), make sure there is a zero (0) put in the Before and the After boxes. Having extra space will cause point deductions in your grade. NEXT, at the top of this menu, you will notice the tab entitled Line and Page breaks. Select this tab and be sure that there is not a checkmark in the Widow/Orphan Control.
● Each page should have a header with your last name and page number. To insert header information, follow this path: Insert, Header, Blank. The header should open. Next, in the menu above, select Page Number, Top of Page, Plain #3. This will number the page for you. Be sure to type your last name, space, then the page number (should be there already).
● Use 11 point Garamond font for all work in this course
● Margins should be 1 inch all the way around
