Write a research paper that explains the Indian Affordable Care Act.
There is no exact number of citations that you need to use; however, given that there is plenty of research has been done on the Affordable Care Act, you can certainly find enough citations that would be required to support your statements in the paper. For example, you need to use citations whenever you will use data/statistics/make statements etc.

You need to make sure you have adequately use the space to discuss each section of the paper as mentioned in the instructions.

While the focus of the paper is to document individuals’ perceptions about the ways the ACA has or has not impacted their lives, you need to use data/stats, etc., from the literature for the introduction, what the literature says, etc., and therefore cite.
Then in the analysis section when you will analyze participants’ responses –you need to put those in the context of what literature says. For example, removal of the individual mandate from the ACA–if a participant says yes that was good and less government involvement in their decision-making then you need to make statements (compare what literature has found) about the impact of the removal of the individual mandate on access to care, etc.–and find some literature on that.
