Write a research report outlining further strategies for reducing Central Florida’s homeless population.
The last major writing assignment had me investigate and present the causes and effects of a community problem (The increase of homelessness in Central Florida). I will attach a copy of that assignment so you have a better idea of the community problem I’ve been covering.
This assignment asks me to evaluate solutions to my community problem. I have to design a report of my solutions that will use evaluation argumentation to assess multiple solutions and then argue for the best solution to my community problem. I have to develop two to three pieces of criteria for a great solution to the problem, and then assess two or three solutions to my community problem against these criteria. I’m attaching an outline that you can follow to give you a better idea of the criteria and solutions I have in mind for solving the community problem. I have to support the choices of criteria and information presented with research from authoritative sources.
REPORT DESIGN
People who read reports need to be able to navigate the document quickly to find the information they need. Therefore, page design is an important part of report-writing.
Use headings to distinguish different sections of the paper.
Use complementary fonts and/or colors to help make the headings and body distinct.
